1. Way to go!

I haven't seriously cycled since 1990, but recently, my brother, who is an avid cyclist still after 20+ years, handed down to me a nice aluminum frame bike. It is about 6 or seven years old, but this is the bike today. Anyhow, I took it in the bike shop today for a tune-up and new pedals, clips. My wife has also been bugging me for a bike. She wants to get back into cycling again as well so she bought herself a Trek. She did 21 miles today.

I hope to be posting here more.

2. Cool, looks like a nice bike!

It's great to be back in the saddle again.

Today I rode over 60 miles. Took me almost 5 hrs. My hubby and I are training for a century in October...:woohoo:
