Bra sizes drive me nuts. There should be a standard!

I recently bought 2 Exquisite Form Fully Bras on ebay. Style # 2450., 38B. Fit great. Tried to order two more but they are discontinued. Cannot find my size on line in this style number. Thinking they were about the same, I ordered a different style a great seller, # 532 38B.

Well, you know what happens when you do this. They are too big. Seems like a 38 is not just at 38 with this company. It is a great cotton broadcloth bra, no bones. Plenty of support. If you look on any store website that sells this manufacturer, you can see this style and read the particulars.

I paid (with shipping) $16.94 for both. Anyone here wear this bra and size that would like to buy them from me?

They will just sit in the boxes otherwise. One never opened, the other opened, tried on (too big around my body), folded up and back in box.

I called the company to see if there was an outlet for the style I like and told them my story. Bottom line, I am to return the two I bought and they will replace them with the style I was trying to duplicate. The Ebay factor was OK.

I'd love to find a bra that fits....I have narrow shoulders and 99% of the bras that are made will not stay on my shoulders...once every few years I'm lucky enough to find one that works...and then they promptly discontinue it before I can stock up. I'd love to go braless, unfortunately I'm too big and they gravity is already had a bad effect on them! :)

I have a sneaky feeling that the bra industry, like the clothing industry, is run by men who really don't understand the dimensions of the real size of women...they are too used to designing for models.

I would love a bra that did not constantly fall off my shoulders. The only bra I have found that does not is a sports bra, but I really don't want to wear those very often.

They don't stay on your shoulders because they make the straps too short! The damn things are made in freakin' China--no wonder they don't fit right. :mad:
