Smoke Out Day - Feb, 13th

A Monday at my office. I'm spear-heading the event. So far, one co-worker has signed on. But she says "she's going to "try". I'm saying to myself - "I will be a non-smoker". I'm going to do aversion therapy - old cigs in a coffee tin.

Any else care to join in support? If so, PM me - GD is overwhelmed.

1. I'm stopping for good on the 13th.
I started Wellbutrin 10 days ago and I'm already starting to ween off.

I haven't smoked since I went to sleep last nite, but I'm very, very close to going to the store right now.

4. Smoking Again
Will try again on Feb 20th - with the help of the patch. Apparently, I cannot quit without help. This will be my fifth try.
