The Cognitivequitting Program
The cognitivequitting program involves-
1- A Different Way to Think - a simple rational look at why you smoke.
• Smoking Basics - The what and why of smoking.

2- A Different Way to Quit - based on a different view of smoking.
• Step One - Foundation Statements - defining objective and commitment.
• Step Two - The Timer Exercise - becoming aware of the physical dimension.

3- A Common Vocabulary - speaking the same language.
• The Vocabulary List

The program is presented in an order that builds understanding. If this is your first time here, please follow the order for maximum benefit.

I don't have any first hand experience with this particular program. However, a cognitive approach works in other areas of my life, so it offers something to consider.
