what does a person do if his entrepreneurial idea is bigger...
...than he can forecast or finance?

A family member of mine has an idea that has almost unimaginable potential to be explosive in growth within weeks of startup. He could go from zero to a need for 200 employees in just days. And if he isn't able to roll it out as fast as clients approach him, someone else with a bankroll could take this idea and do it in the big way needed.

It seems impossible to protect the idea unless he can fund a big launch. But he doesn't even have the money needed for a trademark application.

This is a service that someone is going to do, and it's going to be a household word. He seems to have stumbled on it before anyone else did.

1. temp agency?
A large agency may have enough candidates to quickly supply him with workers.

You have me curious about it! I'd love to hear more! :-)
