What we are experiencing...

with the Obama candidacy is very much what the republicans experienced when bush ran. I often wondered how the vocal kool-aid drinkers yelled down the republicans who were not supportive of bush, but we now have a perfect example how. Many of us right here on this site have warned against the advisability of nominating an untried rookie who runs on the platform of platitudes and who vows to make up for his inexperience with good advisors.....sound familiar? But, I'm afraid that like the bushbots yelled down the republicans we are experiencing the same phenomena.

I will not, and CAN NOT, go along with the crowd and put another george bush in the white house just because he has a D after his name. And if Obama becomes president and things go the way I fear the Democrats will have the same black eye the republicans have after bush the disaster.
