Wow, I just looked at GD:P and only 2 or 3 Hillary supporters have OPs

I thought this might happen and can't say I blame anyone at all. I quit a while back with OP's and was only commenting occasionally or Rec's & Kick's.


There are whole threads of Hillary bashing and it's all non-Hillary supporters. Calling her names, FU's and the regular, but it looks really ridiculous with no one there to argue with them.

They're talking to themselves to get to bash Hillary. :rofl:

It's an awful temptation to fire back, but that just kicks the filth.
Saying anything positive or even neutral is a waste at this point. :shrug:

feeding frenzy. I think most HRC supporters are revolted by the constant 'demonization' of Hillary, and the 'pile-on' and personal attacks that happen every time someone posts something positive about Hillary. The fact that they vilify everything Hillary, and justify everything Obama proves that there's no balance ... just blind hatred and blind idolatry.

...but usually check out what rodeo and the others have posted here first.

But, really, DU is so irrelevant in the real world, and getting more irrelevant every day so it's not really worth the time and effort to even try to engage anyone out there...

Time is really much better spent making phone calls or writing letters for Hillary....

This place totally jumped the shark, IMO, when the mods refused to do anything about the anti-Clintonite who chased rodeo into this forum to bash Clinton even though a number of us alerted on the post. These forums are supposed to be safe havens from behavior like that...Well, I guess not so much if you're a Clinton supporter....I really wish I could post in here without a star because it practically killed me to donate anything to this wasteland of a place (Not this forum, of course....but the land of GD-P.) but I did want to post here and so had to donate again when my star ran out. :(

I like both Obama and Clinton. But I came here today because I, too, was shocked by the preponderance of Hillary-hate threads in GD-P lately, and I wanted something else.

Hang in there, you guys. She's a good woman and if she's the nominee, she'll deserve all our support.

That's where I was before coming here and I am considering returning in hopes that it is more civilized than DU has become. I would probably continue to post in DU subforums like this.

It would be hard to be worse, at least lately.
