2. Puerto Rico changes it caucus to a voting primary

Maybe not the best site to see it.

I read somewhere else, while the debate was going on, almost unnoticed Puerto Rico dumped it's caucus plans and changed it to a vote. The delegates involved could pull Hillary ahead.

We know Hillary does very well with Latinos and PR is the fourth largest delegate prize remaining.
