5. i usually find...
that when i do some old behavior, it's because the pressure got too great. usually because i refused to work on something (or someone) in my life that is disturbing me, but i won't look at it....

9. Your well-being is most important
The clock is a thing, time is a thing; neither is YOU, the human being because you are worth so much more than a judgement of "time". Living, that's for real and what attaining sobriety is all about for those who see the need to seek it.

It's a new way of life and that's not an easy thing for most people. It certainly wasn't easy for me. Learn from experiences and move on, that's all any of us can do.
