What happened? I was going along really well for November and December and even during the holidays. Then I had a week off and still did great. And then I go back to work and I ate like a maniac and I only exercised twice. All of my good intentions for the first week of the new year just went FOOP! How did that happen?
Oh well, at least I didn't gain for the week. Time to get back on the horse.
I think everybody and then some brought leftover goodies for all of us to munch on and munch we did. Last week is gone, this coming week is a new start again. NO gaining is GOOD!!!
