2. thanks ... crispini ... O:-) (i think i am still wearing the smile i got
when they told me the # pounds i had lost this first week. even the doctor said she was impressed--and so did the nutritionist...but i have to credit them with the success of my diet, as well as the hypnotherapist they sent me to so that i could remain "focused on the work" i have to do for this diet... and of course those meal replacement powder things which are now my meals and will be for the next few weeks...i have many, many, many more pounds to lose!

;)

3. that is awesome! You must be SO proud of yourself.
I'm happy for you. It's so encouraging to see the numbers go down isn't it?

a pound a day is extraordinary. I hope you're looking after yourself with vitamins etc.

(just call me mom LOL)

:applause:

5. thanks for the applause auntAgonist...
the support feels good for my soul...

the nutritionist also started me on some mildexercises yesterday... some back slides against the wall, and some rawing for the arms using exercise cords ...

the motivation is there.

and the support which comes from far and near for doing this helps the motivation to go along.

a Big Thank You to you.:loveya:

14. thanks for the vote of confidence ... i just hope i can keep it up.
today i am famished (having lots of cravings for food) but i've not capitulated and i've stuck to the diet. I think i have to give credit for that to the hypnosis session, which accompanies this program, to help people (in this case me) stay focused and motivated on the diet plan we have been motivated enough to start.

i think that through hypnosis the process becomes one sort of like, "looking for roses", rather than, "looking for food."

just send a prayer and/or positive energy my way, along with your good wishes, so that i may really stick to this.

:)
