I lost another 2 pounds this week for a total of 37 so far. I was walking 2-4 miles a day. It was lovely to discover that I could walk to my dentist's office in the same amount of time it takes for the bus trip but without the worries that I might be stuck in traffic. It was a fun walk, too, even though it was cold. (I wasn't headed for the dentist but to a friend's apartment 2 blocks away). I also measured myself and found that I've lost a total of 7 inches off my waist and 6 inches off my hips since June.
