this clown somehow won the 5 way primary for lieutenant governor in illinois. gov and lt gov don't run as a ticket, and i don't think anyone thought this guy had a chance. it was a really up for grabs race. the day after the election the rumor that only a few had heard hit the front page- he had been arrested for beating up his girlfriend, and holding a knife to her throat. he also claimed to not know that she was a prostitute, even tho they had lived together for several months. not sure what that part means at all.

So he's blaming everyone around him. He's so utterly innocent he didn't even know anything about anything?

I can already predict that if he somehow manages to get into office your state is going to see more scandals as more information is uncovered. :(

He's only got a GED education, and his only experience that he's willing to share with the public is running a pawn shop. So apparently, no real knowledge or expertise in anything that might help the administration of state matters? If this is the best a state can find, then you have to expect that the state is going to be run into the ground. :(
