I'll bet everyone already knew this, but I just found out.
I was ordering on line & I got to the part where it says to enter a coupon or promotional discount if it applied. I've always skipped over that part since I never have one.

Well, I remembered seeing a segment on the Today show on frugal living & she said to just google what you were looking for & what store & see what you get. I did that (Target) & lo & behold, a code popped up. I entered it into my order & I just saved 10 bucks.

1. I'm saving this jewel of information. I never have the coupons
either and will now make sure that I Google for dollars. Thanks

2. I googled 'Target Promotion Coupons Rebate'. I got a few hits
& went with the first one. I wonder if I'd kept looking I would have found more? Anyhow, I didn't have to join or anything. I just copied the code & pasted it into my order & it took. Way fun.

3. I just had a similar experience
My old computer was on its last leg and I needed a new one. When I was doing a google search on the one I was interested in I found a 30% off internet coupon on one of the geek.com (I :loveya: geeks) sites I was browsing. The system was already on sale for $200 off so I ended up paying more than $500 less than what I might have.

I swear, I'll never buy anything again w/o at least checking!

Congratulations on your wonderful windfall also!

4. check naughtycodes.com too
You enter the name of the retailer for promo codes posted by other purchasers and sometimes by employees.
