Has anyone tried making over a Quonset Hut to a home?

We have 30 acres with 2 barns and this good size Quonset Hut. No house as the house had been destroyed by a fire 8 years ago and was left open to the elements here in NYS. We were wondering if it would be worth converting the Quonset.

There is at least one Quonset hut in my small community that has been a home for decades. I've never been in it, but it's been occupied all that time. Man, I'd love to live in a Quonset hut.

5. Quonset Huts are good outbuildings too

We've been looking at them as a way to have our own workshops. A commercial kitchen for me, an electronic workshop for him. They are cheaper to build than angular buildings.
