Is it good or bad to mention stuff that you learned about the interviewer?

From Googling his name on the internet. Yes, I am sure that it is the same person. No, there is no way I would know or know about this person from real life connections? Would that be good since it showed that I did research or would it sound like I am a potential stalker?
My interview is tomarrow.

If the information you found was relevant to the job/interivew than I see no harm in bringing it up. Like a project the interviewer participated in.

However, I wouldnt say something like this... "So, I see you live on Malburry street. Nice neighborhood."

2. Yes, relevant stuff was what I meant

I was nervous as usual for the interview. The interview seemed to be more of a question and answer format rather than having a conversation so I didn't end up bringing anything up that I learned anyway. I'll find out in another couple weeks if I'll be invited back for the next interview.
