Billboards

Has anyone had any experience using billboards as job hunting tools? Or have you seen them used (effectively or ineffectively)?

Seriously. I'm thinking of running the same billboard in multiple areas simultaneously - and using a local answering service or anonymous email service to take replies. I want to relocate to another area of the country where I do not currently have family, friends or career network. I'm hoping to develop leads in these areas.

In the past, I have heard media coverage from time to time regarding billboards being used to secure employment. Most of it seemed to be positive as I recall.
