2 Questions...is PayPal safe to get paid through & ...

has anyone heard of or written for www.constant-content.com, www.associatedcontent.com, or www.helium.com? I've found them all on various sites stating that they will pay you for writing articles for them in one way or another. They all requrie PayPal to conduct payments and I don't have a PayPal account. So I was wondering how safe PayPal is, I've heard a bunch of horror stores, and what you all think about the sites. It would be nice to get a few extra dollars by writing but I am investigating to make sure it is worth it. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask here. Sorry if it is in the wrong place!

i've been using paypal for several years and have not had any problems sending or receiving $. they are secure to an extreme - they have to be really, because so many people use the very convenient service they provide. just be sure to sign up for the right kind of account. they have levels of accounts, and there is a fee plus percentage of money received for business accounts.

i've not heard of constant-content or the other sites you mention.
