Don't know anything about this group but it sounds interesting:

Wildscreen USA, Inc. is a non-profit organization based in Washington, DC that is working "to promote the public appreciation of biodiversity and the conservation of nature, through the power of wildlife imagery."

Wildscreen USA is spearheading U.S. efforts in support of the ARKive project (www.arkive.org) - a unique global initiative gathering together the very best films and photographs of the world's species into one centralized digital library, to create a freely-accessible, audio-visual record of life on Earth.

You will be the senior person responsible for developing and managing the operations of Wildscreen USA, and driving ARKive's profile and ambitions within the U.S. Your main areas of responsibility will include: cultivating fundraising opportunities with U.S. foundations, corporations and individuals; developing relationships with new media contributors and building strategic alliances with American conservation and educational networks, and raising the overall profile of the organization. To apply, please email your resume and cover letter to harriet.nimmo@wildscreen.org.uk by 5 Sep 2008.
