Washington, D.C. - Condileeza Rice and Donald Rumsfeld are in a place where more people like them than in the U.S., i.e. Iraq, hosting "Project Cluster-fuck - American Democracy With An Islamic Beat". With them gone, Bush, during his cabinet meeting this morning, looked around the room upon a oval whirl pool of cracker.

"Is this a cabinet meeting or a friggin' KKK rally?" Bush was heard saying, "Snow, since you're the new kid go get some shoe polish and diversify damn it. I swear, it's impossible to find a black person in Washington D.C."

Since Tony's transformation his job description as Press Secretary has been altered to read, "Dealing with the press, controlling the flow of public information, and light janitorial."

He was overheard saying, "At least they didn't make me dress in a dress like Ariella Fleischer had to when Karen Hughes quit."
