Dear Joe,
We've just learned that House Majority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) has privately told Republican colleagues he will allow a "lengthy debate" on America's Iraq war policy. According to Congressman Wayne Gilchrest (R-MD), the announcement "caused a hush to fall over the audience."1

IT'S WORKING. You and other TrueMajority members have been pushing Congress for this debate for months. After three years of silence, it's about time our representatives start considering alternatives to "staying the course" in Iraq.

If posted twice I am sorry - it is pretty good news though.

Boy those congressmen really want too keep their jobs, don't they.

Joe
