The Alito Filibuster, a no-brainer
He claimes he that Roe wasn't rightly decided.

His view was that he thought Roe wasn't rightly decided.

If he is gonna offer no proof that his view has changed, then we filibuster.

It's all very simple. We know what his view was on abortion, there is no proof his view changed.

This is unacceptable.

1. Welcome Mossadeq
Filibuster the motherfucker. Let the corporate criminal bill frist take the moral highground (let me pause and chuckle while I contemplate a conservative republican taking the moral high ground on anything) and insist that borkalito be placed on the highest court in the land. Opposition to Roe V Wade and his association with CAP - only conservatives would salivate at such a man being placed in such a position of power.

FILIBUSTER THE MOTHERFUCKER!

2. Hello Mossadeq!
I agree, this is totally unacceptable but a filibuster...I don't know. Then Dr. Schiavo will pull out the "nuclear option" then that's that. Remember Brown and Owens? "UP or DOWN VOTE" blah blah blah blah blah.

4. fuck that.
Meirs deserved a up or down vote. The repubs wouldn't give it to her.

I welcome the nuclear option, I think the American people will reject it.

Bush is violating the constitution. Threatening to dismantle the constitution further will bite them in the ass
