*This isn't an opinion on the death penalty or the Moussaoui case. Just an observation, is all.

3. I think he gets off on it
and as sad and gross as this is, I'm not entirely sure I mean that in a figurative way. I really do think the sick fuck gets a sexual kick out of having control over whether somebody else lives or dies. If he weren't in a position of power he'd probably be strangling cheap hookers or something instead.

7. I agree
He always gets more animiated when speaking of any kind of death or destruction, but the death penalty really seems to excite him. I suppose it plays into his God complex.

to conceal ourselves with clothing. I bet junior gets a erection when speaking about the death penalty. And clothing hides what he is really feeling.

14. nudity would help us read people's intentions, true ...
If that were the case, one could only hope that people would have seen through Bush and deposed him by now ... because the thought of him doing the State of the Union in his birthday suit (or worse, in an ornamental penis-sheath that's traditional costume in New Guinea, say) is rather horrifying!

from becoming a serial killer was his social status. If he hadn't been a rich frat boy with a powerful daddy -- circumstances that eventually gave him control over others -- who knows whether he might have been another John Wayne Gacy or Ted Bundy.

10. If you ever saw the video
which I saw, of GWB gleefully "strangling" Karla Faye as he smirked about her death sentence, you'd believe how depraved this man is. I wonder what has happened to that video clip? I guess his foot soldiers managed to destroy it. Along with his military records.

15. Thank you! I've had other DUers insist
the video doesn't exist. That Tucker Carlson reported on Bush pretending to strangle Karla and mocking her. But that no video existed. It did. I saw it. And I know others who did. If only someone would unearth that clip and play it for all the good Christians out there who are always insisting what a saint this man is.

18. Wasn't that said during an interview with Tucker Carlson?
The high-voiced, mocking comment he made about Karla Faye was part of an interview with Tucker Carlson for "Talk" magazine. I argued with a RW whackjob about it, at the time. She didn't believe me, so I emailed Carlson. He responded that it did, indeed, occur exactly as he had reported. I think that he was a McCain supporter before the 2000 primaries and didn't care much for B*sh. Of course, he came into the Bushista fold, eventually.

If there was also a video of Bush mocking Karla Faye Tucker, I would love to see it. It's probably way down the memory hole, by now, though.

20. I think the vid was * on Larry King.
but now not so sure, as I can still picture where he was seated and it was a set up more like on Leno than King.

I'm trying to find it, but of course, it's probably disappeared. Have an email or two in to some people who might be able to help and will bookmark this thread and get back if anything comes up.

But...it seems to have "disappeared".

33. Doesn't seem like there is a video
Edited on Thu May-04-06 09:27 AM by Marie26
That quote was from a Tucker Carlson magazine interview, where Bush was talking about Karla Fay Tucker's appearance on the Larry King Show.

Excerpt: "He (Larry King) asked her real difficult questions, like, `What would you say to Governor Bush?'"

"What was her answer?" I (Tucker Carlson) wonder.

"`Please,' Bush whimpers, his lips pursed in mock desperation, `don't kill me.'"

I must look shocked - ridiculing the pleas of a condemned prisoner who has since been executed seems odd and cruel, even for someone as militantly anti-crime as Bush - because he immediately stops smirking. "It's tough stuff," Bush says, suddenly somber, "but my job is to enforce the law."
...
As it turns out, the Larry King-Karla Tucker exchange Bush recounted never took place, at least not on television. During her interview with King, however, Tucker did imply that Bush was succumbing to election-year pressure from pro-death penalty voters. Apparently Bush never forgot it. He has a long memory for slights.

11. I remember when he was running for offfice
and someone brought of those Texas assholes who drug a black man behind a truck until he died.. Bush said he'd have them KILLED, and then there was some kind of joke about how it was bad that you could only "kill them ONCE"..

I got a chill and goose pimples as I watched this guy talk, he shifted in the chair and his eyes just GLOWED.

He's in LOVE with death, Chaos is his financial plan, and I do think he has a sexual tickle that comes with it..

Like National Lampoon once wrote as a satirical piece, pretending to be Gacy, and I believe the same thing about Bush, "Boy Scouts make great Insulation for your basement, but you have to sex them first.."

He's really no different than Ghengis Khon, or Attila the Hun, or Hitler or all the rest, if he could leave a pyramid of skulls to show he'd been there he would.

17. I think Bush has long been impotent.
The Bush twins were a hormonal anomaly caused by a fertilty expert.

His "Christianity", alcoholism, and hatred for regular people point to this.

Oh, and he hates porn too. He is really a dipshit when you look at him.

35. Not to mention the drugs,
People don't realise that drugs like Cocaine BURN OUT your "pleasure centers" in your mind if used heavily for a long time. You CEASE to feel things like Love if you fry yourself enough..

then there's the concoctions that they fill him up with nearly daily.. I wanted to make a joke about the "Pinochio" Teams that follow him around to public events, that the lump in his coat on the back is a Drug delivery system, and it's like a NASA moon landing, all these chattering medicos pushing buttons and running Bush like a Puppet while Monitoring all of his physical systems..

"THis is 'Pinochio One' we have a fluctuation in alpha waves on Subject.."

"'Pinochio Two' here. Roger that, infuse subject with 10 mmg of Valium, make ready for full immersion of Prozac at my command.."

"'Pinochio Thre' in attendance. When is suffusion of Ambien indicated, according to my shedule subject has meet and greet in two hours.."

"'Pinochio One' Here, do NOT infuse Subject with Ambien without proper authority at any time.."

The Flesh Puppet. :)

13. I can't imagine he likes the idea of death
although he does seem pretty casual about it for someone who claims to be "pro-life" . . .

I think the gleam is more about, "Oh goodie! Easy answer! My base voters will love this one!"

got into a pissing contest over putting prisoners to death. it started as soon as ryan decided to change illinois execution law and review of every death penalty case. ryan challenged bush to do the same and bush pissed all over ryan. ryan became a hero and convicted later and bush became president and has killed an unknown amount of people. i wonder what bush`s fate will be?

25. Not bright - his eyes glitter...
Bright is a word that implies something positive, but what happens in his eyes when he thinks of pain and death is not positive at all. I've seen it there from the beginning. The first time I saw it, during the campaign in '00, I turned to my husband and said "this guy would press the nuclear button and enjoy it." It was something about the death penalty, but I can't remember the exact context, but I knew. I knew he wanted war and destruction, that he enjoyed death and pain, that it thrilled and excited him.

He's a sick depraved bastard. He enjoys the thought of hurting other people. He likes having that power over others, and he likes thinking about using that power.
