Outed CIA agent seeking book deal

RAW STORY
Published: Wednesday May 3, 2006

Valerie Plame Wilson, the Central Intelligence Agency outed in a 2003 column by conservative columnist Robert Novak, is shopping for a book deal, according to a report in tomorrow's New York Times.

The paper claims that two sources close to the situation have confirmed that Plame has brought a book proposal to a small number of publishers. Ms. Plame Wilson has been tight-lipped throughout the media circus and subsequent criminal investigation that has resulted in the indictment of the vice president's chief of staff, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby.

Meanwhile, speculation runs rampant about the possibility of a coming indictment for presidential advisor Karl Rove.

The Times report was unable to provide any further details.
