Officer claiming Kennedy was drunk was not even at the scene...
'Louis P. Cannon, president of the Washington chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police, who was not on the scene, said the congressman had appeared intoxicated when he crashed his Ford Mustang into a barrier on Capitol Hill.

"The officers on the scene, it is my understanding, smelled alcohol. And based on his demeanor and their experience, believed him to be intoxicated," Cannon told Chen.'

6. Bosshog who was not on the scene
says laura bush was shit faced drunk when she ran over her former boyfriend. I also wasn't on the scene when dick cheney shot his hunting partner but he wreaked of alcohol and could barely stand up at the time of the shooting.

9. Absolutely
Hell I could be a star reporter for Newsmax or faux. Just make shit up and publish. Somebody I know heard from a friend of theirs that limbaugh provided drugs and prostitutes to his prosecutor. Hell I could write news script for focus on the family. One of my favorites from that great source:

New information may have been uncovered that may indicate that Michael Schiavo may have abused his wife.

My sources tell me . . .
That Ken Mehlman may frequently be in communication with extraterrestrials bent on enslaving the Earth and its population. Isn't that enough to lock him up for life? If not, why not? Surely we can't stand idly by and take a chance that the Chairman of the Republican National Committee may be plotting to turn us over to his ant overlords, can we?

It's in REVELATION, people!

17. Wait, which one was played by Redford?
Because I'm almost sure I'm taller and better-looking. At least, there are definite indications from anonymous, unnamed sources that that may be the case.

My oh my, at least we're having an awful lot of fun with this.

24. Redford was Woodward
but when they make the movie about us I want to be portrayed by Jack Nicholson. I don't look like Jack but I do love the way he portrays. I'd like a combination of his roles in The Last Detail and One flew over the Cuckoos Nest.

"Conservatives" provide so much material for comedic relief; even if their actions are so sad and destructive.

10. What is the difference if it is alchohol or drugs?
Kennedy says he was on sleeping pills. Why should that be any different than alchohol? He was still impaired and chose to drive. He was endangering others by getting behind the wheel while under the influence.

20. If drugs, he may not have chosen to drive
The prescriptions he was taking have a side effect of causing people to walk, drive, do other activities in their sleep.

11. The capitol hill police,
appear to be in the republicans pocket. What else can explain whats been going on, first it was Cindy at TSOTU speech then it was Sheila and now Kennedy.

I'm beginning to think someone needs to investigate the CHP dept, and perhaps the dem's can put that on the list of investigations after the mid-term elections.

18. The officer getting the airtime was not the Cap Police SUPERVISOR
either. The SUPERVISOR MAKES THE CALL. That's how it works.

Personally, as I have said elsewhere, I would believe he went to the Hawk 'n Dove, had a pint or two, went home without a problem, and maybe took his drugs several hours after his pints, but BEFORE he put his ass in bed. Then, he had an AMBIEN moment. Ooopsie!

My understanding is that the cop DID cite him for careless driving or something, but the supervisor, whose JOB it is to make the decision, didn't feel it rose to the level of an arrestable offense. Perhaps he checked with the House physician and verified the prescriptions. Perhaps he looked at the dashcam video. Who knows?? The police supervisor knows...everything else is just speculation.

Now, we have two choices here--we can either have faith in the integrity of the Cap Police supervisor, who decided to send him home with a ticket, or we can decide that he is a puppet of the Democratic MINORITY in Congress.

For some reason, I think the latter choice is a bit farfetched.
