Dick Cheney is in Transylvania today.

Bet you he comes back with more color in his cheeks.

I wonder if he felt at home in the land of Vlad Teppes (the person who inspired the Dracula stories)?

Once some turkish diplomats refused to remove their turbans and so Vlad had the cloth nailed to their skulls.

Cheney is visiting in these countries to work out pipeline deals....and to aggravate Russia. He's made some threatening speeches towards Russia, and picked up some crony deals with local dictators.

That's our Cheney.

I just heard it on the news and thought now only of the irony of Cheney in Transylvania
but what a social clod he is where ever he goes.

Do you remember this?

Wearing an oil field jacket @ a memorial service for Auschwitz.
And look @ the man over Dick's right shoulder .... he looks appalled @ Cheney
a multi millionaire who does show up with a dark coat.

BTW I can't find it but there are pix of Cheney smiling and looking happy in front of
Auschwitz pictures.
