1. They're not joking.
Junkscience.com is one of the major resources for global-warming deniers, anti-environmentalists and that segment of free marketers that want some spurious 'proof' that their greed and avarice don't harm the planet. Of course, they don't really care if the 'facts' they adduce are true or not (and they're not), they just spout a contrary position so that the press can 'report both sides' in the interest of 'balance.' That, in turn, absolves people from making intelligent choices about climate change, because 'nobody knows what's really going on.'

The site itself is junk.
