Look, this cartoon has it pegged. Replace shit sandwiches with "cutting off a body part." Or "burning a family member alive." Maybe "eating a kitten." Whatever sounds odd. The response of each person in the cartoon would be about the same. Like the guy in panel 5. "...if he says eating a kitten is delicious, then by god I am ordering two." Or "...if he says cutting off a body part is Murkin, then I am cutting off two." SOME PEOPLE WOULD DO IT!!!
