I can get by a bit longer without raising funds.

You may have noticed that my "quarterly" funds drives happen over longer periods than a quarter. That is because I never ask for more until I'm broke.

Maybe not good business, but I feel odd about asking others for help when I've always paid for my activism myself. But White Rose became a job I could not undertake and still hold down a full time job without the archives suffering. So, I quit my $60/hr consulting gig and started doing it full time. I've never made anything like minimum wage at it, but that isn't why I am doing it.

I think you told it like it was. We can not deal with BIGOTS as if their ideas have an equal standing with normal people.

If those people would THINK about the people that EMPLOY those workers for SLAVE wages, maybe they would be pointing their finger at the slave masters that hire these people, instead of those who are so desperate, they'll work for under minimum wage, with no saftey net.
