2. Beautiful
This just got turned into a word doc, formatted up, and now has a place of honor on the outside of my cube wall.

Just another little thing to piss off the 'backWash' down the hall.

4. you're all just a bunch of liberal elitists
all that fancy schmancy policy stuff can't compare to the simple joys of life. ranchin', fishin' - these are the things that matter. so leave all the high falutin' intellectual junk to the rich harvard/yale types on the upper west side.

5. So we have a president whose greatest moment is catching a fish.
Really, I would have thought it would have been the unbelievably staged photo opportuntiy of him standing above the ruins of the WTC two days after 9/11. :wow:

10. Herbert Hoover actually authored a book
about fishing.

One of the more interesting men to ever become president.

8. Anyone notice the last 3 Rethugs did not DO anything?
Reagan: Rallying nation after Challenger Explosion

The nation rallies after every similar event. Needed no help from Raygun.

Bush I: presiding over the fall of the Berlin Wall.

He didn't make it fall - and contrary to FREEPER my, neither did Reagan. Gorbachev's team was once asked whether Reagan hastened the fall of the Berlin Wall - and they responded (paraphrasing) 'maybe by an hour or so...'

Bush II: Catching a 7.5 lb. perch in "MY lake".

Mmmm hmmm.

:grr:
