Who is behind this. Is it George Bush Sr? John Negroponte? The PNAC? All of the above?

Here is what they need so they can take full control over the country.

More War and Disaster profiteering like 9-11 and Katrina to come if this is allowed.

I'm so surprised at how people don't watch history and follow the connecting dots.

Rumsfeld has a nice little intel deal at the Pentagon, but now, he's got everything, via Negroponte.

Now they're saying that the CIA hasn't been able to infiltrate organizations. Well, when our gov't fires crucially important translators because they happen to be gay - well who is f'ing up?! I'd say it's the cabal holding the strings.

8. Not destroy. "Streamline"

They want to take all of the departments and merge them into two or three central agencies, to make things more streamlined and efficient.

You know, to get rid of the beaurocracy. Make things run better.

(Of course, what they aren't saying is that this also allows less resistance to orders that might otherwise be objectionable, and puts fewer barriers between the President and these agencies. Soon, the executive branch will have complete and direct and absolute command of the FBI, CIA, all branches of the Military, etc...)
