Any natural charm he has is so insignificant one would need a microscope to find it. The "charm" he does show in his public persona is clearly so staged that anyone with more than a 50 IQ should see through the insincerity. Charisma? Well, maybe he has some, but I think most of it is staged too. He can stride about like a generalissimo, but hey it is still a sock in the crotch of that flight suit.
