you give a little you get a little. One hand washes the other and everybody's a winner, everybody who counts that is. All you have to do is shaft the citizens from both ends at once. They're getting it from both directions, so where are they going to turn? Nowhere. They got nowhere to turn and they're powerless anyway so who cares?
