Since the phone company conspired to deny me my
4th amendment rights can I sue them? I'd like to collect for any months the NSA had access to my calls and I believe I have a perfectly legitimate case. Any lawyers out there?

1. I was wondering the same thing. If so...SUE THE SHIT OUT THEM...
with overwhelming numbers of lawsuits. As the right wingers are fond of saying, let god sort 'em out.

3. Then what? Does the government come in a bail them out?
We might end up paying for our own settlements via our tax dollars. And keep in mind we (the NSA) already payed them once for the data. It's such a clusterfuck it just boggles the mind.

8. Would a Quest customer be swept up in the mix if they call a number
connected to the three phone companies that did say yes?

4. In a fair and Democratic country, this would dismantle these companies.
Permanently.

Every phone using American should sue these companies.
