29% makes Bushitler happy
Why? O.K. this is only speculation but I was once married to a fundy. She said that in her church they warned people that if they were accepted in this satanic society, they were not doing the lords work.

4. Not so sure????
The man has given two different stories about his so-called conversion -- and they are under different circumstances in different years. I would think that a born-again experience would happen ONCE.

He's such a fake. The man loves to spend weekends at Camp David or the Mosquito Ranch in Crawford so he won't have to go to church, but rather I suspect hit the gin bottle.

2. That, and besides... they could hardly claim to be chosen
of God and not face some serious "testing"; after all, with anyone important to God, Satan's going to be working overtime (and even wagering with God)(isn't gambling some sort of sin?). Just more "proof" of bushy's divinity. Yech! What a simultaneously disgusting and ridiculously absurd thought (bush doing God's work).

3. I think that's part of it. Being alienated from one's fellow Americans
means that being unpopular is a badge of honor. If Bush was popular, he'd be pandering. If he's hated, he's a strong leader who's hated by all the right people.
