Defaulted on a $4,56 million loan from Broward Federal Savings in Sunrise, Florida. After federal regulators closed the S&L, the office building that Jeb used the $4.56 million to finance was reappraised by the regulators to $500,000 which Bush and his partners paid. Taxpayers were socked the remaining $4 million tab.

He left out Cong. Don Sherwood (R-PA), who admitted to a five-year adulterous affair with a woman named Cynthia Ore. Ore sued Sherwood, alleging that he repeatedly abused her; he settled the case out of court on terms he refuses to disclose. This record hasn't prevented him from being supported by various "pro-family" types, such as Santorum. (See "Santorum calls to shore up Sherwood".) I've sent this information to Brother Ray so he can add Sherwood to his roster of dishonor.
