4. When Ashcroft was in the hospital
and Comey was acting AG, Comey refused to sign off on the spying plan, so they went to see Ashcroft in the hospital and he refused to sign off on it too. So, they just decided to stop asking anyone to sign off on it and just do it anyway.

5. Yes you heard him right. The admin tried to get an AG to sign off
on the spying plan. Ashcroft was in the hospital with gall bladder attack or something like that, so they went to his temp. replacement I can't recall hiss name, but it began with a "C". Anyway the assistant turned them down saying it didn't sound like it was legal to him. They then went to Ashcroft IN HIS ROOM IN THE HOSPITAL ICU! He also turned them down!

Did it tell them sonething? YES. They decided to do it on their own!!!!

15. Turley, the Truth-Teller
Pay close attention to everything that man says. He's the real deal, and no one knows his personal politics. I'm a Constitutional lawyer, and I'd put my life in Turley's hands.

That said, yeah, Ashcroft was in the hospital recovering from gall bladder surgery when Fuckface's thugs made the trek to get him to sign off on it. Another Justice Department official - regarded as the most conservative lawyer at the JD - had already refused.

Ashcroft was suspicious, and refused.

So, that's why Alberto "Please, Mr. President, I Can Open Wider" Gonzales is Attorney General today.

See how that works?

stamp everything.
