Bill Bennett is crying on the radio this morning...
Bennett says that no one better get any bright ideas about impeaching bush because of poll numbers. He said if NEWT disagreed with bush on NSA he can forget about becoming president and evidently Guliani said something also and he said he would talk about him later. One of the main problems with repugs is that they think that all have to agree on everything.

I do get upset with Dems when they disagree but, the difference is they disagree on critical things that dems usually stand for and repugs will stick together for wrong doing. No I don't listen to bill bennett I just happen to be passing the station while searching for airamerica and heard him crying and thought I'd have me an early morning laugh.

1. Bad night at the casino, Bill?
He probably has slot machine elbow and that's making him grumpy.

15. Do they ever accept calls from someone who disagrees ..
with them bennett is afraid and they get angry and believe the whole world has to agree with their thinking. These people are so brainwashed they are following a puppet who doesn't even know what the hell is going on himself.

You know...part of that "virtue" thing.

11. Is he still a nicotine addict? His LE would be lower than whale sh*t...
if so. LE = Life Expectency. Fat, over 60 and still smoking = Dead Man walking.

16. Nicotine addiction never leaves...
...trust me on this.

He is so full of bullshit that that inner conflict must cause him to either drink, gamble, or smoke.
Anyone of these actions will trigger the others...easily.
Good riddance Bill.

44. It left me. From HUGE addiction to marathon runner in my 40's....
and BTW I refer to it here in North Carolina as the Republican Drug of choice. When around repugs talking about dastardly drug sellers, I point out that Nicotine kills and mames more American's than all others combined. And it almost exclusivly supports Rethugs with bribe/election campaigns. "And just think... you're in your church and your pastor delvers a sermon railing against drug use and half the congregation can't wait to get outside to swig some nico....." LOL!

14. I'm glad to hear this. It's a strong indicator that the Pubs are finally
falling out of lockstep! Following the leader no matter what, is a very irresponsible thing to do, and to see at least some of them recognize that is good news.

29. That's part of their reasoning, but there's another BIGGER reason.
The Pub Party has been working very hard ever since the Nixon days, to uild a stron base and regain power, mainly to insure making all the changes THEY wanted in the Fed. Gov't. Smaller Gov't, get rid of the social programs, get rid of the liberal judges, OT Roe, etc. They managed to convince their base that if they got total control, they would make all that happen. The Party chose Shrub and convinced all their members that HE would do that for them.

I think you're seeing a split in their Party NOW, because they gave them the total power, but don't like what they got in return! The Gov't is bigger than ever, social programs still exist, there's more intrusion into their personal lives, Roe is still the law of the land, and the national debt is astronomical! The only thing they actually got for all their efforts was a few "maybe conservative" judges, but even they haven't done much to further their efforts.

35. Also by packing the courts they believe that..
all judges will do their bidding. The thing that really irritates me is when bush says I FOLLOW THE RULE OF LAW, then when he breaks that law he changes it in some way him and his bushites. Bush can leak but know one else can, he can declassify and now he hasn't broken the law

This is some of the rats leaving a sinking ship. This is the great fakeout they want their constiuents to believe that they don't agree with bush and his policies , they do! They know that the elections are coming up and some want to run for president.
