He just said that high energy prices hurt the economy. Wow, I should have that job, because I said that many years ago. Obviously, you only need to state the obvious to get that job.

Sorry to get off subject, the duke rape case deserves way more attention. I could go on forever talking about all the BS we have to put up with, so I'll end this now.

DU: my haven of sanity.

1. TWO DAMN MUCH. That goes for Chucklenuts, Dead Eye Dick
and the rest of the cabal. TWO. DAMN. MUCH.

I'm guessing that Snow will be the next guy who has decided to "spend more time with the family" which is codespeak for becoming a lobbyist and sitting on corporate boards of the financial institutions he has pimped for the last few years. Ain't Rethuglican politics grand?

3. Reply to Democrat 4 Ever- off topic.
I was enlisted in the U.S. Navy and stationed in Charleston, South Carolina. I was home on leave in Minnesota and bought a car to drive back to Charleston. I drove through Kentucky for the first time ever and was totally amazed at the scenery; just awesome driving through the mountains.

Anyhow, I just thought I'd mention how cool it was, have a GREAT day.

5. Thanks for the kind words. It IS a beautiful state, filled with kind,
educated, friendly, amazing people. How on earth we are now finding the majority voting with a corrupt party is beyond me. My Democrat-until-the-day-he-died grandfather must be spinning in his grave. Hopefully, very soon, we will return to our blue roots and throw all of the red facist bums out of office.
