2005 Senate passed bill to give grants to small biz's to help rebuild New Orleans....grants not loans because that is what is needed...

"How much money have we spent in Iraq...that's going to turn into a grant" vs. New Orleans...

Senate passed this BUT it has been blocked! (in the House)....

damn he makes so much sense. sigh.

The part that got me most was the comment about the billions we've spent in Iraq that are effectively a "grant", yet we couldn't even give a small percentage of that in small business grants to rebuild NO.
