The Parties We Should Make Pay the Price for This Affair

Are the big communications companies, if we can, we all should drop service from anyone who entered into this foul agreement.

For too long we have allowed our privacy to be sold in the name of free enterprise. We have become jaded to the circumstance that business is combing through our lives. Someone tells you that such and such company has constructed a large data base containing all your likes, dislikes, purchases, travel and a myriad of other personal details and we only shrug our shoulders.

It is time that anyone who delves into our life without our expressed consent, I don’t mean simply by the act of purchasing an iPod, then that company will no longer be on our list of suppliers. The only way we can change this culture of snooping is to exact an economic negative for those gathering the data.

I bet if I called up, I could bitch about this and get out of it.
