Neocon: "The NSA Program, about which liberals are now wringing their hands in fits of rage, was created and implimented by none other than President Bill Clinton. In February 2000, Steve Kroft exposed the program on 60 minutes. http://cryptome.org/echelon-60min.htm "

If that's true, then this program clearly did not stop the 9/11 terrorists.
Which means your meme about "I have no problem with this program since it keeps us safe" is now, officially, bullshit.

Either that, or you're lying, and Bush enacted the program, which means you can't blame Clinton.

Which is it?

6. Heck at that age I would have been holding that sign WHILE puffing on a

cigarette. By the time you catch your kids smoking its already to late as they are already addicted to cigarettes. Sad but true. Has anything worked so far on other addictions? What makes you think this addiction is any different, guess you missed out on anti smoking movies shown in schools inb the 60's, you know the ones that showed someone who's throat had been replaced after cancer ate it and the person was smoking through the breathing tube.

It was a tool for foreign intelligence.

Apparently some fools out there think that foreign means domestic and domestic means foreign, and that war is peace and peace is war and well.. I'll stop now.

Edit: And I could've sworn it started under Reagan/Bush I, but I'll let someone else provide that detail with a fresher memory or a link if anyone um, cares.

9/11 may have been prevented if the neocons had done the job they were supposed to do.

And you are right, if this phone thing could have prevented 9-11 and Bill started the mining of phone data, why were we watching such horrible events back in Sept of 01?

The junta needs to find some other way to cover their asses.
