Response from Verizon
I wrote to every executive e-mail address at Verizon I could find and go a response from the assistant to the CEO. They want my phone number to assist me further. Apparently asserting that I am a Verizon customer is not enough to generate a proper response.

Question: Do I provide my phone number?

account number? That should be enough.

Edit: nevermind, just looked at the bill and the account number is your phone number plus some other numbers.

7. Naww
Give em your number,
A couple months ago I had problems with my service and had gotten nowhere for over amonth I started with the CEOs' name and added a couple . plus whatever symbols or suffixes the company spokemans email had and presto. Works for just about any company or government official.
They too wanted my number and I gave it to them and promptly recieved a call and then I got some satisfaction, almost instantly.
What you'll get is a high level manager from NYC calling you to check your problem, although this one they might not be able to fix.
I was also dumbfounded that they couldn't look up my number by my name and find the teck tickets and account. Seems to me stupid breeds fast in big bussiness.
