7. It is at 8 p.m. ET and is supposed to be a 20 minute speech.
Then the talking heads of the media will talk about how wonderful the prezteldent is for another 40 minutes. Kiss the Prison Break finale goodbye. They will show it at three in the morning. One good thing though....He will piss off some more people for taking over the television and maybe his poll number will go down a few more points! LOL.
