Just listen to some of the requirements placed on Americans wishing to legally bring over immigrant farm workers.
Wages: The wage or rate of pay must be the same for U.S. workers and H-2A workers (min wage)
Housing: The employer must provide free housing to all workers who are not reasonably able to return to their residences the same day
Meals: The employer must provide either three meals a day to each worker or furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities for workers to prepare their own meals.
Transportation: The amount of transportation payment shall be no less (and shall not be required to be more) than the most economical and reasonable similar common carrier transportation charges for the distances involved
Workers' Compensation Insurance: The employer must provide workers' compensation insurance where it is required by state law
Tools and Supplies: The employer must furnish at no cost to the worker all tools and supplies necessary to carry out the work
Three-Fourths Guarantee: The employer must guarantee to offer each worker employment for at least three-fourths of the workdays in the work

How dare we require a fair wage, worker’s compensation, and even Taxes. It is sooooo un-republican that we require persons wanting immigrant workers to be responcible for their welfare, even meals
If allowing illegal immigration to go on for so long hasn't been next best give away to greedy corporate farms since federal subsidies I’ve ever seen.
The best part about hireing illegal aliens is YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PROVIDE MIN WAGE or PAY TAXES or PAY WORKMEN'S COMP or any of those numerous costly things.
