Bwahahaha, can't stop, laughing, side hurts... from... comedic barrage...

From what I've seen, this asswipe Bruce Tinsley has about four or five stock panels that he keeps recycling with lame ass talking points that are handed down by the Bush Corporation press machine. According to wikipedia he possible plagiarized the whole concept for his cartoon.

During the 1980s, the name "Mallard Fillmore" was used by DC Comics's Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew as the name of the U.S. President of "Earth-C," also a green-feathered duck. No legal action by DC against Tinsley over this possible copyright infringement has been reported.
