he told me to shove it up my ass, the thread was locked, even tho I simply asked him if he got up on the wrong side of the bed.

It's my contention that he CANNOT take that bet, and as far as I'm concerned the bet still stands.

One thing I'm trying to show is that Leopold has be doing nothing more than saying over and over for more than a MONTH what the media has been saying for the most part, that Rove WILL be Indicted - within 10 days to two weeks.. now that we've entered the two week time frame he's insisting that Rove is already indicted, but there have been nothing but inconsistancies the whole time, that's not journalism.. he's been wrong more than he's been right, and its always blamed on something or someone else - yet all the writing he'd done up til now that has be WRONG is to be simply IGNORED..

I think everyone is getting Punk'd, and that Leopold is BRANDING this "scoop" with his name, all PR.. it's NOT a "scoop" if it's been shown that it's GOING to happen and you keep saying every week or every DAY that it HAS happened, then claim you Nailed it when it does.

That's unethical in my opinion, and according to Skinner I have the RIGHT to NOT agree with or these websites or Public Persons.

And if Will Pitt wants to tell me to shove something up my ass I would appreciate him saying that to my face. I'll buy the plane ticket any time he chooses. As far as I'm concerned HE was calling out another DU'r (ME) at that point and I should have the right to Defend myself.

11. Aren't the indictments public record? Where were they filed before?

Shouldn't someone here be able to verify? Just asking because I wouldn't have a clue where to start but it seems like the Libby indictment was public record.
