The thing with Newt on MTP.....
Is that if somebody as credible as the esteemed speaker says something, well, fuck, then it must be true.

I wonder why guys like this get so much play. It's like Richard Perle being utilized as a foreign policy authority on some show. He's arguing for an action that he is going to financially benefit from. That takes away his credibility right there, at least for the most part. Newt's lack of credibility is similar. I mean how many times has Mr. Family Values been married?

I hate how these shows pull out all these retreads, week after week after week. It would be nice to learn something valid from a guest sometime. Other than the indoctrination of the guests, which is typically expected and can still be overlooked or taken with a grain of salt, the worst part of these shows is the guests who you absolutely know have no credibility. Like Newt. Like Condi Rice. Like Leiberman. Like Rumsfeld. They might as well just have a steaming pile of shit as a guest while they are at it.

2. Since when is Newt "esteemed"
it's clear he's trying to rewrite history and rework his image.
But make no mistake.. Newt is concetrated Pond Scum.

(plus he has one of those cutesy republican names that are
always a giveaway that somethings not on the up&up... scooter)

7. absolutely! Newt says the pugs "moved beyond partisanship"
in their relations with Clinton, to reform welfare, establish the first tax cut in seventeen years, and some other stuff

beyond partisanship, all right. he LED the attack, with DeLay to impeach Clinton, for christ's sake! did that fat prick say one word about that? of course not

Gingrich also said that Saddam had CLEAR links to AlQaeda. did that fat prick say ONE WORD about that? of course not

Gingrich said so many outrageous things during that filibuster that it's going to take the transcript to glean all the gems of mendacity he spewed, yet Russert, from the several minutes I saw, didn't challenge him ONE SINGLE time on anything he said. he pulled out some previous quotes that contradict some of Gingrich's current stands, as is his wont, but he failed to follow up on ANY of those, which is, of course the exact opposite of what he does with his timorous "democratic" guests

another typical MTP Snowjob. too bad he didn't get Puffy McMoonface's job

11. you know, it's cool to have a valid Conservative voice, that's great
in my book, I appreciate and respect that. However, why put these rats on a show? They aren't credible, not by any means. What's more, whenever one of these corrupt guys are on a show, the interviewer blatantly kisses as most of the time and then comes up with some puffy, supposedly challenging question just to look good.
