I am sure everyone realizes how important it is that Fitz does his...
job well. It just hit me that Fitz is just about the last line of defense,

Should he not bring out the truth, we have suffered a major defeat.

I am assuming Americans will finally take at serious look and will act properly to demand the government be returned to the people.

1. I keep recalling Shuster saying he was convinced Rove to be indicted
He didn't detail out why he was convinced. But it was as daring a statement as Leopold's report of yesterday. The clock is ticking.

3. I've seen Shuster many times...
...and I can give you a few reasons why he feels sure Rove is going down.

First, you don't go back to the GJ for a fifth time unless you know you're in serious trouble.......in other words, it was the only way to try to explain his behavior in a reasonable way.

Second, there has been enough time since that appearance, if the GJ bought his story.........he would have been notified by now that he's off the hook.

Third, in communicating with the Libby investigation, Fitzgerald was very careful not to discuss Rove. Apparently they only do this when they are planning to pursue a case against the other person.
