2. Maybe. Scotty might have said "I just anin't doing this one!"
Scotty has had to absorb a lot of flack for this admin, and have the Press tell HIM he lied. I'm not so sure he did! I think they jsut didn't tell him the truth, but he had to take the hit! He may have said "this is the end of the road folks! I can't do it amy more!!!"
